Informed Methodology
In partnership with the Met Office, our methodology relies on detailed forecasting to accurately predict how and when adverse weather conditions might affect our clients’ premises. We supply specific coordinates to the Met Office, who report back to us each morning using a traffic light system to indicate degrees of risk. In line with your pre-agreed alert level, we dispatch a team to your property overnight so you can safely carry on business as usual in the morning.

Informed Customers
A key part of our process is making sure you stay informed. If the Met Office report indicates an alert for your area, we let you know by email and confirm that our team will be on site to service your property during the night. The following morning, we send you a detailed report of the work carried out. With our service, you always know what to expect, and you can enjoy peace of mind that your property will be taken care of.
