SAP Landscapes announces significant investment partnership with

Renatus Capital Partners

to support next phase of growth

SAP Landscapes (“the Company”), Ireland’s leading commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance company, has entered into an investment partnership with Renatus Capital Partners (“Renatus”), who will make a significant investment in the business to support its next phase of development and growth.

Headquartered in Co. Kildare, SAP Landscapes generates annual turnover in excess of €30 million and employs more than 330 people across six locations currently managing more than 800 properties nationwide.

The investment from Renatus will accelerate SAP Landscapes’ continued expansion, including geographic growth and the broadening of its services both organically and through potential acquisitions or partnerships.

Anne O’Reilly, who has played a fundamental role in the stewardship of SAP Landscapes, supported this strategic initiative to optimally position the business for its next phase of development.

Founded in 1976 by Tom Walsh and Jerry O’Reilly, SAP Landscapes has five decades of experience in the sector. The Company operates across specialist divisions including Landscape Construction, Maintenance, Interior Plants, Tree Surgery, Project Works and Winter Services.

Geoff Moran will continue to lead the business as Managing Director and the existing senior management team will remain in place. Day-to-day operations, contracts and client relationships are unchanged.
